In a deal initiated by Apex Corporate Finance, acting for the Vendors, Public Recruitment Group plc (PRG) has acquired the highly successful Northern Education and Social Work Recruitment businesses, Academy Supply Agency Limited and Academy Social Care Limited (Academy).

Total Consideration is £4.74 million, payable £2.4 million in cash, £2.05 million in loan notes and the balance in PRG shares.
