Maximum Consideration is £4 million, payable £2 million on Completion and a further £2 million based on future performance.

i-documentsystems plc is a leading provider of e-government solutions to Local Authorities. The acquisition of TFPL will enable i-documentsystems to offer a full range of Consultancy and Support Services alongside their existing products.
